<p>Well, in order to get the healthy body, we should consider having the healthy eating pattern. Healthy eating pattern means the healthy diet pattern. It doesn’t mean that you have to avoid everything (food) that you love, but you only have to make some restriction for it. Avoiding you very favorite food completely would only bring you to suffers, in the end, your health would be down because of your psychological condition was already down right after you decided to avoid your most favorite food. Healthy diet meant that you should arrange the nutrient that you are about to added in your body. To know how much nutrient you need, you could see for some experts’ experiments’ results. They have already found some factors that surely could affect our health. There are so many nutrients that we really should be careful on that. This is the important thing to arrange the healthy diet for your daily diet pattern.<br />
The calories are for example. If a man needs 2000 calories a day, it means that he cannot eat more than 2000 calories a day. If he added more than 2000 calories a day, the body would only use the 2000 calories. What about the rest. If the body cannot dumped it outside as some sweats or pees, the calories would be remain inside the body and will be transformed as fat. The fat could be anywhere including inside our cardio vascular system. If this continues, your self might be in great danger. The heart disease might be happen to you. So, the key is that anything gets inside must be balance with everything that gets out. All we have to do is just try to find the perfect meal for our daily needs. If we found that we have eaten too much calories, perhaps we should do some extra exercise to help the body eject the rest of the unused calories. The key is in the healthy diet. So simple. </p>

Some people even insist that they are in a good shape, even though the fact is that they became too thin and their faces look pale. They simply believe that they are completely fine. Sometimes, they get so shaky because of their eating pattern. They only drank a glass of milk or juice in the morning, ate a small portion (perhaps only 2 or 3 spoons) of rice with some boiled vegetables. They continue this with an apple in the night just some hours before sleep. After that, they simply don’t eat anything. <span id="more-19"></span></p>
<p>So what is the perfect diet pattern that good for our bodies? Well, the healthy diet is not the strict diet that doesn’t allow you to eat almost anything. The best pattern is that you have enough healthy nutrition to support your daily activities. Our body have a kind of system control that would directly warned us that we need some more nutrition supply. The body would tell us by the hunger. The hunger is simply the best alarm to tell us that we are running out of nutrition. In the morning, we need plenty of energy to do our daily activities, so the nutrition experts suggested us to have some good breakfast in the morning that would guarantee to provide some enough energy to deal with your activities until the lunch. Just before the lunch, our stomach would start to feel hungry. Well, don’t abandon your natural call. Go get your lunch. The lunch would also better if we have some good lunch, with enough energy sources to restore our energy that we have been used during the morning.<br />
So, don’t underestimate your hunger. This is the first way to tell you about the body needs. After eating, the body would feel better, more energetic that some moments before, and you are about to ready to make another activities. Well, it’s simply proven that good healthy diet is the most important thing to support our life. Remember, healthy food doesn’t mean the un-nutritious food. So, keep your self healthy by eating some perfect nutrition for your self.</p>
