Healthy eating, for some people also mean the strict eating. They did pick the food carefully. They even got un-believably thin because if their strict diet pattern. So far, they believe that they are quite healthy right now, but perhaps they don’t really realize that actually, their eating patterns were not completely right for their own bodies. Some people even insist that they are in a good shape, even though the fact is that they became too thin and their faces look pale. They simply believe that they are completely fine. Sometimes, they get so shaky because of their eating pattern. They only drank a glass of milk or juice in the morning, ate a small portion (perhaps only 2 or 3 spoons) of rice with some boiled vegetables. They continue this with an apple in the night just some hours before sleep. After that, they simply don’t eat anything.
