<p>Here is the steps :<br />
<strong>Carbohydrate Restriction</strong><br />
The first step is the carbohydrate restriction for our body.  But not for all variety of carbohydrate, just “the bad one”, such as potatoes and bread. In this step, we should take three times eating everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is also additional meal for a little fun. No need to substract your meal portion. You do this step during 2 to 4 weeks along. It’s predicted that you’ll five to six kilograms weigh loss.<br />
<strong>Forward Step</strong><br />
In this step, the weigh loss will happen bit by bit (0.5 – 1.0 kg/week). This is the time where we have to reach the right weigh, in unlimited period of course. They have already found some factors that surely could affect our health. There are so many nutrients that we really should be careful on that. This is the important thing to arrange the healthy diet for your daily diet pattern.<br />
The calories are for example. If a man needs 2000 calories a day, it means that he cannot eat more than 2000 calories a day. If he added more than 2000 calories a day, the body would only use the 2000 calories. What about the rest. If the body cannot dumped it outside as some sweats or pees, the calories would be remain inside the body and will be transformed as fat. The fat could be anywhere including inside our cardio vascular system. If this continues, your self might be in great danger. The heart disease might be happen to you. So, the key is that anything gets inside must be balance with everything that gets out. All we have to do is just try to find the perfect meal for our daily needs. If we found that we have eaten too much calories, perhaps we should do some extra exercise to help the body eject the rest of the unused calories. The key is in the healthy diet. So simple. </p>

The other factor is doing some exercises. Well, the key is that you really need to control your life style. One simplest way that you could easily do is by re-arrange your diet pattern. IF you believe that you have consumed too many alcohols, you’d better start to stop in right NOW. Stop smoking and stop eating junk food also.<br />
The key factor is that you should have the healthy diet. Eating some healthy diet doesn’t men that you have to avoid almost everything that you like and put your self into such a deep depressed situation. Not at all. The healthy diet means that you add enough nutrition inside your body. The healthy diet should be a diet that surely matches with what your body’s need. Stop eating some of your favorite food might be so depressed, but if you do it slowly, it would be easier for you to get use to it. Healthy diet pattern also doesn’t mean that you have some extra tight food pattern. The key is, balance everything you add in with the body’s need. If you could do it, surely the body would be as healthy as you want it to be!</p>
