The wrong understanding about greening happens oftenly. And it makes people choose the wrong food to eat in order to be green too. Might be you or other people think that stricly eating vegetables means that you are greening your diet. That makes you leave the food you love, it is not the correct thought. Let us make it clear. Think about greening your diet more deeply.

Have you thought before picking up a food in the market where does the foods come from?
They commonly come from so far away from your place. so, the food are packed, and through some ways to make it remain fresh, but it caused pollution for the food. Actually, the low-cost food (without not too many process) mostly are the tastiest ones.

Here we give you the four ways to green your food :

1.	Get the organic food asa much as you can
Nowadays, I found that the organic foods are the more expensive ones. People like it a lot. But to get the organic food, the farmer have to wait a little bit longer time to harvest. So, they cost it higher. Why don’t you consume the most choosen fruits and vegetables that retain the highest level of pesticides? These foods make it easier. Thay are peaches, sweet bell peppers, apples, celery and strawberries.

2. Get the meal from your place
If you are not living in a tropic region, it is quite hard to get the tastiest ones. The food must be come from so far away. As i know, the average distance about 1,500 miles away. Can you imagine how the food are kept remain fresh untill they lie on your plates?. They got a lot of pollution may be.
Those are the reason why it is better for you to get the food from your own city. In addition you can find out how the farmers treated the food. The the best thing is, you are helping the local economy by consuming the local food, and that is great step.

3.	Low in fat High in Vitamin
The right food to get the low in fat and high in vitamin is grain. The grain group are wheat, rice, oat, cornmeal and barley. Have you know about the classification of grain? They are classified in to two kinds :

a.	Whole : like oatmeals and brownrice
This kindof grain are not being processed, so it gives you the bonus; the natural nutrition in it.

b.	Refined: like white bread, cornflakes and macaroni
Just get deal with the effect of the processed but it is not too bad.
Try to get them i your daily food.

4.	Avoiding using paper and plastic
Plastic bags are made from petroleum and only about one percent of the estimated 500 billion to 1 trillion used worldwide are recycled each year. Start bringing your own. If you go to the grocery store straight from work, keep them in the back of your car. If you’re a walker or take public transportation, Ecobags’ classic string bags (ecobags.com) roll up into a ball that fits into your purse. Also, Envirosax (envirosax.com) reusable bags come in fun prints and can fold up into a pouch
