South Beach Diet

There was Dr. Arthur Agatston, a cardiologist from South Beach, Miami, Florida, United Stated (USA) introduced the new method of weigh subtraction, it’s called South Beach Diet. This method is different from common method before. Because it does not suggest the people to decrease the consumption of of carbodyhdrate, fat, or other protein rigidly, so it’s free for you to consume any food you like. South Beach Diet is not a low-calorie or a low-fat diet, but it suggest us to choose the variaty of carbohydrate or fat accurately. Wanna know how it works?
Here is the steps :
Carbohydrate Restriction
The first step is the carbohydrate restriction for our body. But not for all variety of carbohydrate, just “the bad one”, such as potatoes and bread. In this step, we should take three times eating everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner. And there is also additional meal for a little fun. No need to substract your meal portion. You do this step during 2 to 4 weeks along. It’s predicted that you’ll five to six kilograms weigh loss.
Forward Step
In this step, the weigh loss will happen bit by bit (0.5 – 1.0 kg/week). This is the time where we have to reach the right weigh, in unlimited period of course. You can get your carbohydrate by increasing the consuming of “good” carbohydrate such as soybeans. There are still some meals that must be avoided, they’re bread, potatoe and carrot. And there are also must-avoided fruits, watermelon and pineapple.
Keep Having the right number
This step is the last one. To keep your weigh having the right number, you have to consume many more kinds of food. Try to do not touch the ‘interlude’ food. It’s better for you to consume much more soybeans as your fat and your protein. And do not forget to consume fruits such as apple, pear, grape and orange unlimitedly. This last step must be done on your daily life.
