Some ladies insist that they really need to have to excellent body shape to keep them “shining”. They believe that a perfect appearance would surely make them look perfect in anyone’s eyes. They also believe (especially for the single ladies) being perfect would be much easier for them to get boys attentions. Well, these opinions are fine, even absolutely correct. But sometimes, the way the ladies apply their opinions has made the situations gone wrong for their own self. Sometimes, in order to make them selves “perfect” they want to do it instantly and sometime, they took every chances and risks just to get the “ideal” look.


Some ladies, especially teenagers prefer to apply some extra tight diet for them selves. They duplicated what those idols (the celebrities) did. Some celebrities had done and continue doing their extra tight diet pattern. They are more look skinny than sexy anyway. But somehow, teenagers live that. They want to have the body shape just the same as their idols. They don’t really care about the real situations of their idols, whether they are healthy or not. Well, they (the teenagers) have chosen to make some copy-paste act of their idols. Some teenagers prefers only ate one single apple, and some juices in the morning, only ate one spoon of rice in the afternoon, and prefer not to ate anything in the night. The results are clear. They became skinny, easy to get some diseases, and look so un-energetic for girls in their ages. They insist that they are fine and insist to continue the un-healthy diet pattern. They prefer to have the skinny look and the pale face plus some un-energetic actions.
Well girls, to look beautiful actually you don’t have to do some stupid-celebrities-wanna-be things. The celebrities prefer to do that, that’s ok, that’s fine and beside, it’s their life. But for teenagers, in the growing phase of your life, you shouldn’t waste your maximum hormonal phase to grow by doing some un-healthy diet pattern. The better diet for teenagers is the diet that really concerns about their growing phase. This is the best time to get your maximum physical growth of your life. The growing curve, according to the experts is very maximum while we are teens. So, why would we waste the chance to have the perfect growth by doing some un-necessary un-healthy diet pattern? Go figure it out girls!
