Being healthy is everyone’s dream. Being healthy would mean that we could have our life happily. We could have some beautiful life with our health stays good. The key of healthy living is the way we life. We couldn’t have our beautiful healthy life if we stay in such a bad life style. Bad life style means that we have so much destructive life ways that could endangered our own self. There are some destructive actions that we often do each day of our life. Perhaps, after so long, we kept doing it. Those factors are: the way we socialized with our relatives and friends. Did we so often spend some times with them in the night club, smoking and drink some alcohols? IF we did, that would surely one dangerous factor for your body. Alcohol has a very bad impact to tour liver. Smoking, would gives bad effect to your lungs.


The other factor is the junk foods eater’s habits. Junk foods, although it feels so delicious in our mouth, but it has too much calories that surely wouldn’t do any good to us. If this condition goes on and on, you would have too much calories inside your body that would be transformed as fat. Within some months, you would have some obesity problems. The other factor is doing some exercises. Well, the key is that you really need to control your life style. One simplest way that you could easily do is by re-arrange your diet pattern. IF you believe that you have consumed too many alcohols, you’d better start to stop in right NOW. Stop smoking and stop eating junk food also.
The key factor is that you should have the healthy diet. Eating some healthy diet doesn’t men that you have to avoid almost everything that you like and put your self into such a deep depressed situation. Not at all. The healthy diet means that you add enough nutrition inside your body. The healthy diet should be a diet that surely matches with what your body’s need. Stop eating some of your favorite food might be so depressed, but if you do it slowly, it would be easier for you to get use to it. Healthy diet pattern also doesn’t mean that you have some extra tight food pattern. The key is, balance everything you add in with the body’s need. If you could do it, surely the body would be as healthy as you want it to be!
