This also true, but like mentioned before, people who have bad eating habit have great chance to got this heart problem.

To get enough fiber, vegetables are the answer. Omega-3 also one of the good fat that recommended to consume. This fat can lower high blood treasure, which is good for your heart. To get this fat, you can eat fish, especially fish from the sea.
Therefore, if you can control your eating habit, you can avoid this deathly healthy problem. In addition, with the diet tips above, you can not only get the healthy body condition and avoiding the heart problem, but also you can lose and get perfect weight for better appearance.
