Nowadays, ost of people do that kind of meal consuming for healthy reason. Actually, being a vegetarian will bring other benefit in i, it is the body wieght contolling. Vegetarian is a food consuming method which avoid having any kind of food that are gained from animal., as the original method of one religion. But lately, vegetarian is already become a part of a modern life style. There some kinds of vegetarian :
Vegan
Vegan is the tighest kind of vegetarian. This food comsuming trend would not touch any kind of foos that is gained from animal, including the egg and milk. There is also the fructarian trend, which would never consume any kind of vegtable that is gained by killing the plant.
Lacto Vegetarian
This kind of vegetarian would never get any kind of meal and fish for their food, including the egg. But they are still consuming the milk.
Lacto Ovo Vegetarian
This kind of vegetarian would never have any kind of meal and fish in their food, but still consume the egg and the milk.
Semi-vegetarian
This is the vegetarian who are still consume vegetbles, chiken or fish, also egg and milk. But they wont consume the red meal..

Vegetarian for Diet
According to Prof Tim Key from Oxford University, England. The increasing of people’s weight can be pressed if they consume a lot of carbohydrate and less protein. That’s why thetrend of vegetarian is suited for controlling our weight.
Besides, the menu of vegetarian is so healthy because it’s consisted of low fat food only, low calory, low sugar and also low salt, but ita has a high vitamin andmineral that are gained from vegetables and fruits, which are full of fibre.

Disadvantages of Vegetarian
There are some disadvantages :
Lack of Zinc and vitamin B-12. but, this condition can be netralize by consuming many string beans or other kinds og bean.
Giving a little osibility of anemia. But it can be avoided by getting protein that is gained frim vegetables.
So, this is one of the choices of your life style. Be vegetarian and don’t forget to have some exersices.
