It doesn’t mean that you have to avoid everything (food) that you love, but you only have to make some restriction for it. Avoiding you very favorite food completely would only bring you to suffers, in the end, your health would be down because of your psychological condition was already down right after you decided to avoid your most favorite food. Healthy diet meant that you should arrange the nutrient that you are about to added in your body. To know how much nutrient you need, you could see for some experts’ experiments’ results. They have already found some factors that surely could affect our health. There are so many nutrients that we really should be careful on that. This is the important thing to arrange the healthy diet for your daily diet pattern.
The calories are for example. If a man needs 2000 calories a day, it means that he cannot eat more than 2000 calories a day. If he added more than 2000 calories a day, the body would only use the 2000 calories. What about the rest. If the body cannot dumped it outside as some sweats or pees, the calories would be remain inside the body and will be transformed as fat. The fat could be anywhere including inside our cardio vascular system. If this continues, your self might be in great danger. The heart disease might be happen to you. So, the key is that anything gets inside must be balance with everything that gets out. All we have to do is just try to find the perfect meal for our daily needs. If we found that we have eaten too much calories, perhaps we should do some extra exercise to help the body eject the rest of the unused calories. The key is in the healthy diet. So simple.
